Terrible company! I ordered over a 300 dollar order and fed ex never delivered it but said they did and it’s all the company says is sorry it was delivered. When I can show camera footage from that entire day that says it was “delivered” proving it wasn’t. Horrible customer service at making it right.

So disappointed! You can hardly see the printing on the wristband! And they did not arrive as promised. Don’t waste your money!

The customer service is pretty bad.
They sent the wrong item and the wrong amount. It took me continuing to call and email over and over and finally I got someone in the phone and she had an attitude like I was to blame.
I still haven’t received the shipping label to return the wrong items. I’m sure I’ll be on the phone again today trying to that shipping label.
I just ordered from a a different company to get the correct items that we need.
I would not order from this company again…

Horrible customer service when they send you the wrong items! They blame you! THOUSANDS wasted! Then they offer me 20% off! WOW that’s what I can get online without you messing up my order! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

We ordered and received the first order incorrectly, should have had logo on all the bands and they came in blank. Wristband Express filled the order a second time at no charge, send us (4) boxes and out of the (4) boxes (2) had the logo on them.

Would think twice before ordering from them again.

Every year for many years now we have purchased wrist bands from wristband express for our basketball tournaments. We always get our exact order. I have never had any issues. The quality of the wristbands are excellent. I feel the price is good also and they arrive in a timely manner.

I ordered the factory seconds, They arrived in a timely manner and they were all the same color. The only issue I saw was the first sheet had a small amount of color missing. I will definitely order again

The product is great, but the delivery is poor. While I did have the least expensive shipment method, the product sat in a location less than 10 miles from me. When I sent an inquiry, the product was delivered the next day.

On time every time!! Easy order and fast service/turn around - I keep coming back and I have gotten lots of feedback on the arm bands - people wanting to know where I purchased them - They a excellent for basketball games - so I do have to order a lot of colors. I Love this company and the product they sell. I will keep coming back - The close-out sales are awesome - Check it out!!

We ordered wristbands on Wednesday for our Saturday event. We paid for two day delivery. On Friday we had not received the order, so we tracked it. Delivery was scheduled for Monday. We had to rush out and buy wristbands locally. I called the company later, they apologized and refunded the shipping costs. The prices were really great, especially compared to how much they cost locally. I would not hesitate to order again, just further from the date we need them.
